Ajay Devgn's 'Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha' postponed due to buzz of Prabhas' 'Kalki 2898 AD', Karan Johar's 'Kill' takes slow start at box office.
Prabhas' upcoming film 'Kalki 2898 AD' is the talk of the town in Bollywood these days. The rising popularity of this film has also affected Ajay Devgn's film 'Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha', which had to be postponed.
On the other hand, Karan Johar released his action drama film 'Kill' last Friday. The film grossed Rs 1.35 crore on its first day, followed by a collection of Rs 2.20 crore on Saturday and Rs 2.70 crore on Sunday. Although the film has received positive reviews since its premiere, its performance at the box office has been slow and the total weekend collection was only Rs 6.25 crore.
Now all eyes are on the performance of Monday and the coming days. The film is directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat and stars Lakshya, Raghav Juyal and Ashish Vidyarthi in lead roles. The film is produced by Karan Johar, Guneet Monga, Apoorva Mehta and Achint Jain.
It will be interesting to see if 'Kill' can strengthen its hold at the box office in the coming days. At the same time, discussions related to Prabhas' 'Kalki 2898 AD' are also continuing.
