Puri Jagannadh's much-awaited film 'Double iSmart' has recently received an A (Adult) certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). The total run-time of the film is 2 hours, 42 minutes (162 minutes), which is much longer than its predecessor 'iSmart Shankar' which had a duration of 2 hours, 21 minutes.
Ram Pothineni, who is reprising his role in 'iSmart Shankar', is all set to impress the audience with his power-packed performance this time. The film marks Sanjay Dutt's first role in Telugu, where he plays an important antagonist as Big Bull.
'Double iSmart' has been touted as one of the major films to release on Independence Day this year. Expectations are high for the film which is banking on the success of 'iSmart Shankar' which released in 2019. Other major South Indian films releasing on Independence Day this year include 'Thangalan', 'Raghuthatha' and 'Mr Bachchan'.
The special thing about the film is that it is produced by Puri Jagannadh and Charmme Kaur under the banner of Puri Connects and it will be released simultaneously in Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada and Tamil languages.
